Unterguggenberg farm is at Mantana, above San Lorenzo di Sebato in the Val Pusteria. You can leave your car in the free parking area near the apartments.
- The nearest bus stop is 800 m away, while the train station is about 4 km away.
- The lively town of Brunico is just ten minutes by car, and offers a wide range of shops and cultural attractions (including the historic town gates and the Messner Mountain Museum of extreme mountaineer Reinhold Messner).
- The ski lifts for Plan de Corones are fifteen minutes by car, and the A22 motorway is thirty minutes away.

If you’re coming from the Brennero, Bolzano or Switzerland:
Take the A22 Brennero motorway, and exit for Bressanone/Val Pusteria; continue to San Lorenzo, and turn off there for Mantana. Follow the road through Mantana. After you leave the village centre continue uphill for about 0.8 km, then turn right at the first crossroads towards Unterguggenberg farm.
Coming from East Tyrol:
Drive through the Val Pusteria to San Lorenzo; turn off there towards Mantana and then follow the road through the village. After you leave the village centre continue uphill for about 0.8 km, then turn right at the first crossroads towards Unterguggenberg farm.
